If something about your loan or our service has gone wrong, tell us. Here is who handles your complaint at each level, and where to go if we do not resolve it.

01 How to raise a complaint

  1. Level 1

    Write to us or call

    Tell us what happened, with your name, loan account number if you have one, and how to reach you.

  2. Level 2

    Grievance Redressal Officer

    If you are not satisfied with our reply, or have not heard back, escalate to our Grievance Redressal Officer.

  3. Level 3

    Principal Nodal Officer

    If the Grievance Redressal Officer has not resolved your complaint, write to our Principal Nodal Officer.

  4. Level 4

    RBI Ombudsman

    If we have not replied within 30 days of your complaint, or you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the RBI Ombudsman under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, through the RBI’s Complaint Management System.
